Here’s what Breaking Ground includes:
Questionnaire & Briefing: I will delve into your values, positioning and tone.
Logo – your brand’s anchor, ready to show up anywhere.
Colour Palette – curated colors that make your brand instantly recognizable.
Typography – a font pairing that give your brand roots, even when your logo isn’t present. Typography can command recognition across socials, websites and more.
Core Icons & Graphics – up to 3 simple visual elements to make your brand feel alive!
Mini Brand Guidelines (PDF) – A ‘how to’ guide to use your brand assets correctly, so everything stays consistent and impactful.
Editable files: with your new guidelines and Canva files you’ll be able to create your own assets, and maintain an ever-green visual identity!
You’ll be able to give one round of edits within this package, to guide and course-correct after receiving Initial Creative Direction, any other rounds of edits beyond that will be charged at my hourly rate.
Timelines are dependent on workload and feedback swiftness - please allow 4-8 weeks for final deliverables.

Up to 6 bespoke web pages - fully designed, built, and written. Includes tone-of-voice development and copy across the site, with calls-to-action and page flow structured to guide visitors toward action, all shaped around your brand identity, palette and typography.

A refresh of your existing site's pages - new layout, formatting, and visual polish, built around your current copy with no changes to wording.

A single high-impact page - a new homepage or landing page, designed to align with your brand and give visitors a clear reason to act.

On-Page SEO Basics - keyword-friendly structure and recommendations to help clients find you.
Responsive Design - optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Brand Integration - colours, fonts, icons, and patterns from your Breaking Ground/The Prune packages applied seamlessly throughout. If your brand guidelines were created outside The Groundwork Studio, an additional fee may apply - learning and correctly interpreting a new brand system (colour usage rules, typography hierarchy, logo spacing, icon logic, etc.) takes extra time upfront to ensure it's applied accurately and consistently, rather than approximated.
Call-to-Action Optimisation - strategic layouts and buttons designed to turn visitors into paying customers.
Optional Add-ons - blog setup, e-commerce pages, or extra templates, charged separately depending on scope.
